About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Communication & E-Commerce Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Galileo Global Education. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support our communication and marketing strategies, enhancing our brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Communication and PR Manager in executing marketing and communication activities aligned with the company's strategy.
• Support the development and management of content for various communication channels, including web, newsletters, and press packages.
• Coordinate outsourced resources and ensure effective communication regarding institutional projects and academic activities.
• Engage with national and international press contacts to bolster the school's reputation and brand image.
• Oversee press events and contribute to the organization of fashion shows, degree shows, and other significant events.
• Gather and disseminate timely information to staff through innovative internal communication tools.
• Assist in composing and editing corporate press releases, articles, and Q&A materials for internal and external use.
• Support the local schools with materials and media relations for year-end events, ensuring successful execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a communication or event organization role.
• Strong ability to multitask and work under deadline pressure.
• Proactive, flexible, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
