IT Change Management Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Change Management Specialist to join our team at Iccrea Banca. This remote role involves managing and overseeing the planning of application releases and system interventions. As an IT Change Management Specialist, you will analyze change requests, supervise their classification, assess impacts and associated risks, and ensure formal approval prior to implementation.

What You'll Do

• Independently manage change requests, ensuring correct classification.
• Coordinate impact and risk analysis with technical teams.
• Verify the completeness of documentation before approval.
• Collaborate on release planning to minimize service impact.
• Monitor change implementation and ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare periodic reports on change management activities.
• Oversee the organization and conduct of the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Route change requests based on classification level and manage communication with relevant structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Change Management within structured ICT environments.
• Experience coordinating impact and risk analysis with technical teams and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Change Management processes, key indicators, controls, and authorization flows.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to documentation quality, and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and work in regulated environments.
• Proficiency in ITSM process management tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ITIL framework.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Certifications in Change Management or ITSM.
