About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Seasonal Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Highland Coast Hotels in beautiful Plockton, Scotland. This Seasonal Hospitality Assistant remote position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant hospitality industry while enjoying the stunning scenery of the northwest Highlands. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our inn.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring guests receive exceptional service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Support kitchen staff with food preparation and dishwashing duties.
  • Provide assistance at the front desk or reception area as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members across various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience and address any inquiries.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the values of Highland Coast Hotels.

Requirements
