Scrum Master - Hybrid Role at SMA Solar Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our innovative team at SMA Solar Technology. This Scrum Master remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of intelligent firmware for photovoltaic and battery inverters, enhancing the quality of life through sustainable energy solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in fostering self-organization and effectiveness within the team.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Scrum and SAFe events, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Coach and train team members on Scrum principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement.
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog effectively.
• Encourage agility within the organization, helping to remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Contribute to our Agile Community by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• A completed degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
• At least 2-3 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally with certification.
• Experience in project management with a focus on agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly, both on-site in Kassel and in a hybrid setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in both German and English.

• Experience in the CleanTech industry.
