Scrum Master - Agile Projects

About the Role

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team at Devoteam, a key player in digital transformation in Niort, France. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the agile methodology daily, ensuring that our teams are empowered to deliver high-quality projects. This Scrum Master remote position offers you the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate and contribute to the implementation of agile methodologies on a daily basis.
• Create an environment that fosters collaboration between the team and the client.
• Prepare and lead meetings such as Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Guide the team towards improving their agile processes.
• Ensure a clear understanding of the agile methodology among internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or a Master's degree in Computer Science.
• A minimum of three to five years of experience in agile environments, with at least two years as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with technologies such as Java, JEE, Android, or .NET.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working in a dynamic team.
• A desire to take on challenging projects and quickly gain responsibilities.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Kanban methodologies.
• Experience in a tech consulting environment.
• Certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
