About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Schools Engagement Officer to join our team at Navitas. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while connecting school students with life-changing education opportunities. As a Schools Engagement Officer remote, you will play a vital role in delivering national schools engagement activities that support student recruitment and brand growth across ACAP University College and SAE University College.

What You'll Do

  • Support the execution of national schools engagement initiatives aligned to recruitment and brand objectives.
  • Assist in coordinating school presentations, campus visits, career advisor programs, expos, and events.
  • Work with campus teams to ensure consistent delivery aligned to national priorities and messaging.
  • Coordinate national logistics for schools engagement activity, including collateral distribution and event support.
  • Maintain systems and processes that support effective delivery across campuses.
  • Support lead nurturing activity for school audiences in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams across campuses, marketing, and sales.
  • Contribute to reporting on schools engagement performance, including brand awareness and leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, events, business, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing coordination, events, logistics, or stakeholder engagement roles.
  • Experience working within education, youth engagement, or recruitment environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and nationally to support schools engagement activity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting campaigns, communications, or lead-generation initiatives.
  • Confidence presenting to groups and representing the organization in external environments.
  • Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed teams and work autonomously when required.
