Sales Representative - Trade Marketing (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative - Trade Marketing to join our dynamic team at JTI. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in the sales department. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of JTI's sales activities, including product distribution and advertising within your designated region.

What You'll Do

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve JTI's goals in market penetration and sales support.
  • Plan and conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Monitor compliance with agreed terms and marketing activities.
  • Manage inventory and create orders to ensure product availability.
  • Conduct trade marketing activities and place promotional materials effectively.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with new customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize sales potential.
  • Provide regular reporting and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven sales experience and strong customer negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in Slovak, with a good command of English being an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and open to change.
  • Passion and perseverance in achieving individual and team goals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in trade marketing or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of the tobacco industry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
