Sales Representative - Remote Position at Honor

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative - Remote to join our innovative team at Honor. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in guiding families and clients through conversations about in-home, non-medical care. This remote position allows you to connect with potential clients primarily by phone, email, chat, and text, making a significant impact on their lives.

What You'll Do

• Engage with clients, build trust, and meet outreach and conversion goals.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, typically 80-95 per day.
• Maintain quality, empathy, and accuracy in every interaction as a Sales Representative.
• Use CRM tools to track activity and follow up consistently.
• Meet or exceed sales metrics, including call volume and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment and motivated by goals.
• Empathetic communicator who balances compassion with sales execution.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a plus.
• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred.
