About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative for Business Software to join our dynamic team in a fully remote environment. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in scaling our B2B sales funnel from lead generation to contract closure. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world while engaging in a growth-oriented team culture.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize the entire sales funnel using HubSpot.
  • Develop and implement effective outbound strategies via email and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct cold outreach, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.
  • Perform SaaS product demos and tailor presentations to various audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and lead qualification.
  • Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Engage in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
  • Work independently with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native German proficiency (C2 level).
  • Proficient in English (C1/C2) for international coordination.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally as a (Senior) SDR or Sales Representative.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in phone interactions.
  • Quick learner of new tools and software systems.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and performance-oriented work style.
  • Stable internet connection for online meetings and customer calls.
