This remote position allows you to work closely with clients in various industries, including agriculture, construction, and metalworking, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers with personal product presentations, showcasing our premium workshop supplies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Utilize a multichannel sales approach, including online shop, phone sales, and social media, to drive revenue growth.
• Participate in a structured 100-day onboarding plan to ensure your success in the role.
• Collaborate with the team using tools like MS Teams and Outlook for efficient communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a technical background, such as a completed commercial or technical training.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Valid Class B driver's license for travel within your designated sales area.
• Proficiency in using smartphones and tablets for daily operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a technical sales role or as a technician, mechanic, or similar profession.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms.
• Background in customer service or client relations.
