About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Leader for the DACH region to join our team at Xometry. What You'll Do

- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and untapped growth opportunities within the territory.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and pivot sales strategies in a competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of motivating teams to reach peak performance.
