Director of Sales - Boutique Hotel Experience Required
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at Immersive Hospitality Management. This remote Director of Sales position will play a crucial role in the opening of Hyde & Seek, a boutique hotel set to launch in Autumn 2026. Located in the vibrant Hyde Park area, this hotel will blend Victorian refinement with a bohemian spirit, creating a unique experience for our guests. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing a strong market presence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue across all segments.
- Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective accounts, leading rate negotiations and account management activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement effective marketing campaigns to support Food and Beverage sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and ensure objectives are met.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts and corporate partners.
- Drive sales for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events, as well as leisure and corporate travel segments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior sales leader in the hospitality industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to represent the hotel at the highest level.
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Experience in rooms, events, and F&B sales within the London market is essential.
Nice to Have
- Experience with luxury or boutique hotels.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
