IT Team Lead - Applications in Social Services

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to oversee our Applications in Social Services. This IT Team Lead position offers the opportunity to work remotely while leading a dedicated team focused on enhancing our software solutions for social services.

What You'll Do

• Manage the Vivendi industry solution across all modules, with a focus on the Client Management and Billing module.
• Adapt standard software to comply with legal requirements and organizational processes.
• Address user inquiries and problem reports, providing effective solutions.
• Support users with new procedures and legislative changes.
• Analyze user requests for feasibility and implement necessary changes.
• Introduce new modules, submodules, and functionalities to enhance our offerings.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience and a completed education or degree in IT.
• Experience in project planning and execution.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Vivendi application and customization.
• Good understanding of accounting processes.
• Excellent teamwork, cooperation, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience in the healthcare or social services sector.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations.
