Marketing Manager - Sustainability Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Tetra Pak. This remote Marketing Manager position focuses on sustainability and aims to drive impactful marketing activities within France and the Benelux region. You will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies to make food safe and available everywhere while protecting the planet.

What You'll Do

• Drive marketing initiatives to grow our business with existing and new customers in France and Benelux.
• Participate in the development of the Market Business Plan based on comprehensive market analysis.
• Identify market growth opportunities and execute initiatives aligned with our cluster's growth strategy.
• Manage Market Promotional Investment for all marketing activities and ensure compliance with established rules and processes.
• Lead sustainability-focused projects and initiatives, collaborating with customers and stakeholders.
• Champion sustainable portfolio deployment and communication activities.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to drive marketing services that deliver exceptional customer value.
• Utilize your strong project management skills to support the organization in achieving its business targets.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in a product or brand management role.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles, with a focus on sustainability.
• Proficiency in marketing communication, category management, and cross-portfolio strategies.
• University degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Valid driving license is a plus due to customer visits.

Nice to Have

• Experience in FMCG marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Previous experience in sustainability-focused roles.
