Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Availability for a full-time and on-site internship.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to work with structured data and support performance reporting.
  • Basic presentation skills (PowerPoint or equivalent).

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to AI tools applied to data analysis and business insights (e.g., predictive analysis, automation, AI-assisted reporting).
  • Experience with CRM systems or commercial performance tools.
