About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Director - Remote to join Firely, a dynamic and innovative scale-up based in Amsterdam, focused on transforming healthcare technology. As a Sales Director, you will play a central role in expanding Firely’s commercial footprint across the Americas, focusing on driving enterprise revenue growth and developing strategic market positioning in the healthcare interoperability ecosystem. What You'll Do

  • Drive enterprise revenue growth across the Americas.
  • Identify and close strategic opportunities within FHIR-driven markets.
  • Engage with senior technical stakeholders in strategic conversations.
  • Structure and negotiate enterprise agreements.
  • Build and expand strategic partnerships in the US digital health ecosystem.
  • Represent Firely at industry events and in the FHIR community.
  • Collaborate with product, consulting, and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to defining Firely’s enterprise sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in enterprise business development.
  • Familiarity with the US healthcare ecosystem and interoperability.
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial hunter mindset.
  • Ability to engage at C-level and senior technical levels.
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare technology sales.
  • Knowledge of FHIR standards.
  • Established network within the US healthcare ecosystem.
