Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction with a strong background in regulatory law and compliance.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of global employment laws and their applications.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in both law firm and in-house settings is preferred.
• Proactive in identifying regulatory issues and providing strategic legal advice.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools is an advantage.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
