What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end OKR process ensuring alignment between organizational goals and team performance.
• Act as the representative of the Co-Executive Directors in high-level meetings.
• Coordinate high-profile meetings and events to promote programmatic excellence.
• Assist in managing relationships with key external stakeholders.
• Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence and rigorous program evaluation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of senior management experience.
• Proven leadership and relationship management experience.
• Demonstrated capability in developing and operationalizing strategies for organizational growth.
• Commitment to quality programs and data-driven evaluation.
• Excellence in organizational management and staff coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial and innovative approach to business planning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
• Passion for mission-driven work and integrity.
