Senior Program Manager - Remote

About the Role

Platinum Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Remote to lead our federal IT programs with a focus on Oracle and AWS. In this role, you will be the single point of accountability for contract performance, operational continuity, Agile delivery oversight, risk management, and stakeholder coordination in a remote setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to solving complex problems in cybersecurity and cloud services.

What You'll Do

• Lead federal IT programs with a focus on Oracle and AWS.
• Oversee Agile delivery and DevSecOps integration.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for operational continuity.
• Maintain accountability for contract performance.
• Conduct customer site visits as required.
• Support NOAA or similarly regulated federal environments.
• Possess strong leadership and executive communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in federal IT program management.
• Experience managing Oracle/AWS environments.
• Demonstrated Agile and DevSecOps governance experience.
• Strong risk and compliance management background.
• Experience operating under Firm-Fixed-Price contracts.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• Previous experience with National Marine Fisheries Service is a must.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a leadership role within cybersecurity or cloud services.
• Familiarity with federal regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
