About the Role

Cribl is seeking an experienced Enterprise Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our customer base. What You'll Do

  • Develop a comprehensive business plan to consistently overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate our value proposition to various organizational levels effectively.
  • Forecast sales predictably and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Work across multiple time zones and occasionally outside standard hours to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience.
  • Experience with startup organizations or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Able to create demand in a territory.
  • Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.
