About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Development Executive - Remote to join QS Quacquarelli Symonds, a global leader in higher education services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the higher education sector across North America, contributing to revenue growth and enhancing client experiences. What You'll Do
- Support the sales team in developing and nurturing the pipeline for digital products and events.
- Manage a quota of renewal and new-business clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications in the CRM.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance.
- Participate in outreach campaigns and prospect new clients.
- Carry out additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in the Higher Education space.
- Understanding of U.S. university structures.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, admissions, or recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s beneficial.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and data analysis.
- Clear communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
