Sales Development Executive - Remote

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Development Executive - Remote to join QS Quacquarelli Symonds, a global leader in higher education services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the higher education sector across North America, contributing to revenue growth and enhancing client experiences. What You'll Do

• Support the sales team in developing and nurturing the pipeline for digital products and events.
• Manage a quota of renewal and new-business clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications in the CRM.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor sales metrics and report on performance.
• Participate in outreach campaigns and prospect new clients.
• Carry out additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in the Higher Education space.
• Understanding of U.S. university structures.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, admissions, or recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s beneficial.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and data analysis.
• Clear communication skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
