Technical Product Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager - Remote to join Tether Operations Limited, a leader in the digital finance revolution. In this role, you will define and champion the long-term vision for our Cloud Services Platform, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of fintech innovation. As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and researchers to create a resilient infrastructure layer that supports our suite of products, including the widely trusted stablecoin USDT.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage a comprehensive product roadmap for our Cloud Services Platform.
• Engage directly with engineers and data scientists to develop and execute launch plans.
• Define and monitor KPIs for product engagement and success.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to tailor value propositions that meet their needs.
• Foster strategic alliances and advocate for the platform’s growth.
• Lead a team with a strong product-led growth mindset, utilizing your experience in AI/ML technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• Independently develop strategies to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
• Utilize exceptional leadership and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience with AI platform services and GPU resource management.
• Familiarity with cloud platform services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of ML model architectures and optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of successful product launches.
• Degree in engineering or related fields.
• Ability to engage effectively with highly-technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in high-growth organizations.
