About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (French Speaker) - Remote to join our Crosstalent team at SaasGroup. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, playing a crucial role in our growth strategy. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while contributing to the success of our innovative HRIS SaaS platform.

What You'll Do

  • Engage in proactive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing.
  • Target defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to generate a qualified pipeline for the Sales Team.
  • Utilize various channels such as outbound calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and creative account-based approaches.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and leverage sales engagement platforms and AI-powered research tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to transition qualified leads and refine messaging.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to improve outreach strategies.
  • Own MQL-to-SQL conversion and meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, ideally as an SDR or Business Development Representative (BDR).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and a goal-driven attitude.
  • Experience in scale-up or fast-growing environments is a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven and metrics-based environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
