Sales Coordinator - Remote Opportunity in Clean Energy

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator - Remote to join our dynamic team at Energy5, a leader in clean energy solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Partnerships Business Unit by ensuring that new business opportunities are organized, tracked, and advanced efficiently. Your efforts will directly contribute to our revenue growth and the overall success of our business development team.

What You'll Do

• Organize incoming opportunities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Coordinate internal communication across sales, rebate, estimating, and operations teams.
• Track next steps and ensure timely follow-ups on partnership opportunities.
• Support proposal and funding workflows by gathering required internal inputs.
• Maintain organized documentation of partner activity and opportunity status.
• Identify process improvements that increase speed and clarity across the pipeline.
• Prepare internal reports and updates on pipeline visibility.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfort working with structured data and systems.
• Strong follow-through habits and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
