What You'll Do

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging customers through conversation and service.
• Enhance the store's VIBE by focusing on customers during peak selling hours.
• Contribute to the store's overall atmosphere by being positive, respectful, and helpful to peers and customers.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Participate in daily and department meetings to foster teamwork and communication.
• Demonstrate proficiency in job knowledge, including till operations and inventory management.
• Support merchandising and display projects to enhance the shopping experience.
• Exhibit awareness of loss prevention guidelines and comply with all inventory control measures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• An awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and its appeal to the local market.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
