Sales Associate - Fresh Produce Specialist (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate - Fresh Produce Specialist to join our team remotely. As a Sales Associate, you will be the go-to person for our customers, providing expert advice on fresh produce and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized fresh produce department.
• Advise and inspire customers about various fruits and vegetables and their culinary uses.
• Check inventory levels and ensure product quality and freshness.
• Update price tags and promotional materials to reflect current offerings.
• Fill displays with current flyers and product information to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or handling fresh produce is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for fresh food.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role.
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively advise and inspire customers.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with food trends and customer preferences.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Competitive salary in line with CAO GIL scale 6 (up to €3,006.12 gross per month based on 36 hours).
