What You'll Do

• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally, ensuring all items are correct and complete.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, clearing empty glasses and plates efficiently.
• Assist the bar staff as needed, including cleaning glasses and managing dishwashing tasks.
• Conduct regular checks of restrooms to ensure they meet high cleanliness standards.
• Support kitchen porters and ensure cutlery is clean and polished during service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper allergy procedures.
• Follow opening and closing checklists diligently to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the Rockwater brand with professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Rockwater's service standards.
• Must be presentable and adhere to uniform guidelines.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as per the rota.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with food and beverage service.
• Knowledge of allergy procedures and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
