RMA Material Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking new colleagues for the position of RMA Material Coordinator to ensure that the RMA process runs smoothly. This role offers a blend of data management, simple technical tasks, and collaboration with team members. As an RMA Material Coordinator, you will enjoy a stable and predictable schedule working an eight-hour shift.

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect returned defective materials, verifying compliance with documentation.
• Record materials in SAP and prepare basic reports.
• Sort materials by suppliers and ensure proper categorization within the RMA process.
• Address discrepancies and escalate issues to the Quality Department (SQE) when necessary.
• Collaborate on inventory counts and maintain oversight of stock levels.

Requirements

• Experience with MS Excel and basic spreadsheet tasks.
• Knowledge of SAP, SFC, or Mantis is a plus, but not required.
• Communicative Czech for team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Technical and manual skills for handling materials and simple equipment.
• Attention to detail and independence in task completion.
• Ability to maintain composure during challenging tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality control processes.
• Understanding of supply chain management.
