Research Medical Laboratory Scientist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Research Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will independently perform procedures using clinical and translational research methodologies, contributing to the advancement of clinical research and improving patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct laboratory procedures for clinical trials while adhering to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process collected specimens and train Clinical Information Technicians on processing techniques.
• Perform advanced laboratory procedures such as PDs, PBMCs, and cell enumeration.
• Verify and evaluate quality control data to meet clinical and research assay requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely reporting and adequate productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related science field or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• Minimum of one year of clinical laboratory experience.
• Preferred: ASCP certification or CHT certification.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Prior Phlebotomy experience.
• Experience with electronic inventory systems.
