Renewable Energy Sector Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Renewable Energy Sector Manager to join De Sanctis Costruzioni, a leader in the construction and renewable energy sectors. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to oversee renewable energy plants, ensuring their functionality while promoting and developing new investment initiatives. You will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping our energy division.

What You'll Do

• Manage the technical and economic aspects of existing renewable energy plants, including coordinating extraordinary maintenance interventions and supervising plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with sector regulations and institutional requirements, liaising with regional and national authorities.
• Coordinate maintenance work between various contractors to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee the invoicing of electricity fed into the grid.
• Research and develop new initiatives in the renewable energy sector to obtain new concessions, authorizations, and incentives.

Requirements

• A degree in Hydraulic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical diploma.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the renewable energy sector.
• Proficiency in office automation tools.
• Strong programming, coordination, and control skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and foster interpersonal relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.

• Experience with renewable energy project financing.
• Knowledge of energy market regulations.
• Familiarity with innovative energy technologies.
