As a Remote WordPress Support Specialist, you will troubleshoot issues, manage custom themes, and optimize sites for SEO, all while working from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for WordPress sites, resolving issues related to plugins, themes, and hosting environments.
• Manage and configure DNS settings, SSL certificates, and CPanel for optimal site performance.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies using tools like Yoast SEO and ACF PRO to enhance site visibility.
• Assist clients with content writing and marketing strategies to improve their online presence.
• Utilize Zendesk for ticket management and customer communication, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective social media strategies that drive traffic to client sites.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify and rectify technical SEO issues.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients, enhancing their understanding of WordPress functionalities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with DNS management, SSL certificates, and CPanel.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Yoast SEO.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
