• Share guidance on destinations, documentation requirements, and travel preparation.
• Monitor upcoming reservations and communicate important travel reminders.
• Help troubleshoot travel concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow internal service procedures.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service, hospitality, or support experience preferred (not required).
