Financial Aid Advisor - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Aid Advisor - Remote to join our dedicated team at TCS Education System. In this fully remote position, you will play a crucial role in advising and assisting students with financing their education. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations while providing exceptional customer service to our diverse student body.

What You'll Do

• Advise students on financial aid resources and options.
• Collect and review documentation for financial aid eligibility.
• Package and revise financial aid awards.
• Track and maintain financial aid documents.
• Prepare and distribute financial aid award letters.
• Serve as a primary contact for financial aid inquiries.
• Present financial aid information at events and workshops.
• Support financial aid-related campus events.
• Stay updated on financial aid regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Title IV regulations and financial aid compliance.
• Familiarity with student information systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with standard office software.
• Experience in financial aid or student services preferred.
