Remote Superintendent - Construction Management

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Superintendent to join our dynamic team at IronSite. As a Remote Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in managing construction projects from a distance, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary company representative for Sloan Security Group on job sites, ensuring professional communication and coordination.
• Generate daily logs and maintain jobsite accident hazard analyses (AHA’s) to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage manpower requirements effectively.
• Create and maintain weekly progress schedules to track project timelines.
• Oversee material acquisition, tracking, and delivery to ensure timely project execution.
• Manage field operations office, ensuring all safety regulations are enforced.
• Generate and maintain production trackers to monitor project progress.
• Conduct interviews for project-specific labor, ensuring the right talent is selected for each job.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Superintendent position or similar role.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, talk, and listen for extended periods.
• Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Demonstrable knowledge of MS Office and Procore.
• Basic knowledge of surveying principles and practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as necessary.
