About the Role
We're hiring a Remote Technical Customer Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Immutable. This role is pivotal in supporting our Korean game studios as they integrate our cutting-edge technology and drive growth strategies on our platform. As a Remote Technical Customer Growth Manager, you will be at the forefront of the gaming revolution, helping studios navigate technical integrations and enhance player engagement.
What You'll Do
- Support Korean game studios through technical onboarding and integration across Passport, APIs, smart contracts, and growth tools.
- Work closely with Customer Growth Managers on partner strategy and help drive measurable outcomes for studios.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical teams.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, triage technical questions, and collaborate with engineering when needed.
- Advise partners on how to activate Immutable’s growth products to improve player acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Share insights from the Korean market to help shape our product roadmap and partner experience.
- Grow into owning your own portfolio of accounts as demand expands.
Requirements
- Native Korean and strong business English communication skills.
- A technical foundation, such as a degree in computer science or a similar field, or proven equivalent experience.
- Coding proficiency suitable for debugging, implementation support, and technical conversations.
- Experience in customer-facing roles within technology, SaaS, gaming, or high-growth environments.
- Ability to move comfortably between technical problem-solving and commercial growth work.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with curiosity for Web3, games, and emerging technologies.
Nice to Have
- Crypto native or prior exposure to Web3, gaming, or digital assets.
- Experience in growth, performance marketing, or product experimentation.
- Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, NFT campaigns, or community-driven growth.
- Experience building and scaling growth frameworks or playbooks in high-growth teams.
- Exposure to cross-market initiatives across Asia or other global regions.
