Senior Customer Success Operations Analyst - Remote

About the Role

Wiz is seeking a Senior Customer Success Operations Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing customer experiences and driving operational excellence within our Global Customer Success Organization. As a Senior Customer Success Operations Analyst, you will work closely with various teams to ensure that our sales processes are optimized and that our customers receive the highest level of service.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Sales Systems team to implement advanced sales technologies that drive employee success and revenue growth.
  • Design scalable frameworks and operationalize premium service offerings to deliver best-in-class experiences for our customers.
  • Drive proactive insights from data signals to recommend process improvements for our Customer Success teams.
  • Receive and analyze feedback from Success teams to define projects and process improvements.
  • Manage scalable “run the business” activities of the Success organization, ensuring alignment with overall organizational strategy.
  • Track and measure outcomes of Customer Success initiatives to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity across post-sales systems to maintain accurate customer information.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Customer Success operations activities, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Customer Success Systems.
  • Experience with customer health, adoption, and Success KPIs.
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret reports.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experiences.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Experience with cloud security or cybersecurity is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping.
