What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including SAAS agreements.
• Execute process improvements for contract flows to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Advise on enforceability and risks related to contract disputes.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders for legal support.
• Conduct legal research to support negotiations and contract management.
• Assist in the development of compliance programs to mitigate risks.
• Manage outside counsel regarding litigation matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 5-7 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation, preferably in-house.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in risk management and litigation.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism.
