Junior QA Analyst - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA Analyst to join NeoPollard Interactive, a leader in innovative iLottery solutions. This Junior QA Analyst remote position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focusing on enhancing the gaming experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Perform QA testing of games in UAT and Production environments to ensure quality and functionality.
• Coordinate issue resolutions via Jira, ensuring timely and effective communication with the development team.
• Conduct functionality testing on games and campaign setups for multiple accounts, verifying that all requirements are met.
• Assist in preparing the games roadmap for existing vendors in collaboration with the Games Team Lead.
• Support games portfolio managers with various tasks, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Casino gaming experience is preferred, enhancing your understanding of the industry.
• Experience in automation testing is a plus.
• Must be available to work during the bulk of EST business hours.
• Some travel may be required for team meetings or training sessions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance standards.
