What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Product Managers in a B2B SaaS environment, driving product strategy and multi-quarter priorities.
• Ensure measurable product outcomes, including customer value and adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success teams to enhance product offerings.
• Represent the product area in senior stakeholder forums, contributing to product portfolio simplification and consolidation.
• Define and track KPIs for sustained product performance improvement.
• Lead and develop Product Managers, enhancing their capabilities and fostering a high-performing product area.
• Make prioritization and investment trade-offs based on product strategy.
• Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the product team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• 2+ years of experience managing Product Managers or equivalent roles.
• Proven ownership of product strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgment and prioritization skills.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams in complex environments.
