About the Role

As a Remote Staff User Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs and behaviors, contributing to our mission of making healthy eating accessible to everyone.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and experiences with our mobile app.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product development and design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to create user-centered solutions.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to visualize user experiences.
• Facilitate usability testing sessions and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Present research findings to stakeholders and advocate for user needs within the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user research and health technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in user research, preferably in the health or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience with user testing, surveys, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly.
• Passion for improving health outcomes through technology and user-centered design.
