What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using our modern stack, including Snowflake, Dagster, and dbt.
• Take ownership of the full data lifecycle, from conception to production and monitoring.
• Migrate legacy data pipelines to our modern platform, enhancing data flow and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical designs.
• Champion data quality through rigorous testing, observability, and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Python, particularly in data engineering and backend systems.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in production environments.
• Strong skills in data modeling and performance optimization.
• Experience with orchestrated data pipelines using tools like Dagster or Airflow.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with dbt, Celery, and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with data observability and monitoring solutions.
