Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Remote Salesforce Platform Lead to join our rapidly growing team. As a Salesforce Platform Lead, you will play a crucial role in translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are adopted and understood across various departments. This position is ideal for a hybrid Salesforce professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct business analysis to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications for Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Own core admin/configuration tasks within Salesforce, supporting deployments using ADO/Gearset.
  • Lead change management and adoption activities across multiple business units to maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.
  • Facilitate user enablement and communications to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize business processes using Salesforce.
  • Monitor and report on the success of Salesforce implementations and user adoption metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with ADO/Gearset or similar deployment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, or equivalent) are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the insurance or consulting industry.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations with other systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
