We are seeking a Remote Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team at Colibri Group. As a Remote Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and analytics efforts, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional online professional education. Your work will directly impact our growth strategies and help us serve over 1 million customers annually.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative support for Sales Operations, ensuring smooth operations (30%)
• Assist in Sales Development activities, focusing on lead to opportunity funnel activity support (30%)
• Engage in B2B Sales Reporting activities to support organizational monthly and quarterly KPIs (20%)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Managers, and Client Operations to create value-added customer solutions aligned with our vision (20%)

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations or analytics
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales processes and sales analytics
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
