About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at RoomPriceGenie. As a Remote Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts worldwide, helping hoteliers optimize their pricing strategies. This position allows you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact in the hospitality industry.
What You'll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for prospects in the Rest of the World portfolio, guiding them confidently through the sales journey.
- Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and demo support through our 14-day free trial to signed subscription.
- Work with a steady flow of qualified inbound leads as well as leads provided by your network of local partners.
- Deliver high-impact sales conversations that create urgency, demonstrate value, and convert trials into subscriptions.
- Forecast accurately, manage your pipeline with discipline, and consistently exceed your targets.
- Provide real-time feedback to the product team on customer needs, helping shape product enhancements and regional strategy.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through partner relationships.
Requirements
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS environment.
- Experience selling hotel technology products such as PMS, RMS, or related SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with hoteliers.
- Strong objection handling and value articulation skills.
- Motivated by targets and KPIs, with a passion for closing deals.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a global team.
- Proactive in building your own pipeline when needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling revenue management or pricing-related software.
- Existing network of hotel decision-makers.
- Additional languages (French, Central European languages, or others).
- Start-up or scale-up experience in fast-moving SaaS environments.
