Automation Technician - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Automation Technician to join our team remotely. As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our production lines, ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of our filling machines and systems.
• Quickly identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct weakness analyses and contribute to technical optimizations to enhance equipment performance.
• Manage the measurement, control, and automation technology of our machines.
• Participate in diverse projects within the filling sector and contribute innovative ideas for equipment development.

Requirements

• Completed training as an Automation Technician or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience.
• Knowledge in measurement, control, and automation technology is essential.
• Experience with PLC controls (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal) is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and occasional weekends.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused approach to work.
