We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join ABB in Tallinn, Estonia. What You'll Do

• Act as a strategic HR partner, overseeing and implementing key HR processes and initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR processes and best practices in close cooperation with managers and supervisors.
• Advise, coach, and support managers on HR-related topics such as recruitment, compensation, and labor law.
• Ensure effective execution of HR processes in line with ABB’s global policies.
• Promote engagement, motivation, and an effective leadership culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Experience in HR business partnering and operational HR work.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Estonian; Russian is a great advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a busy industrial/manufacturing work environment.
