We are seeking a Remote Revenue Operations Analyst to join our innovative team at Steer. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing our revenue processes and ensuring seamless workflows. What You'll Do

  • Own Deal Integrity & Flow: Audit "Closed Won" deals to ensure commercial terms are accurate and that all automated handoffs to Onboarding and Customer Success are triggered flawlessly.
  • Optimize GTM Workflows: Build and maintain HubSpot workflows that power the transition from Sales to Onboarding, ensuring no customer "falls through the cracks."
  • Enhance GTM Process + Strategy: Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to refine and improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Implement Automation: Identify bottlenecks in the revenue lifecycle and implement HubSpot automation to streamline processes.
  • Data Monitoring: Maintain extreme accuracy while monitoring live deal flows and ensuring data integrity during fast-paced sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, with a focus on CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the automotive industry or software tools for automotive repair.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation strategies.
