What You'll Do

• Build and manage a performance-driven, patient-focused sales force with comprehensive responsibilities from hiring to performance management.
• Motivate and inspire teams throughout the product lifecycle, from pre-launch to commercialization, ensuring readiness and execution excellence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with the overall mission of serving patients.
• Utilize your experience in scaling and launching successful drugs to drive market penetration and growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Regional Sales Director or similar leadership role in the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong track record of successfully launching and scaling pharmaceutical products.
