Remote QA Manager - Quality Assurance for Healthcare

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote QA Manager to join our team at Grow Therapy. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across our platform, which is essential for our mission to make mental healthcare accessible and reliable. As a Remote QA Manager, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to integrate quality practices into every stage of development.

What You'll Do

• Lead the quality assurance strategy and implementation across Grow Therapy's software products.
• Develop and maintain testing frameworks to ensure comprehensive coverage and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product quality and team performance.
• Mentor and guide QA team members to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
