About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Payroll Lawyer to join our innovative team at Fulll. This role is crucial in ensuring that our payroll products comply with legal and regulatory standards. You will be a key player in helping us achieve our mission of supporting accountants and businesses through our cutting-edge SaaS solutions.

What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations related to payroll products.
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments regarding payroll legislation and social law.
• Conduct active legal monitoring in payroll and HR-related areas, including regulations and case law.
• Communicate legal constraints to ensure proper product configuration.
• Support product teams by translating legal requirements into actionable guidelines.
• Collaborate with support teams to provide legal assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Law or Payroll Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in payroll-related roles.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for non-experts.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS products.
• Knowledge of payroll software and tools.
• Fluency in additional languages.
